HEALTH MEASURES
Visitors having severe surgeries, back or neck injuries, phobia of height are not allowed to the hot air balloon ride. The travel would be denied for the people who don’t come under the requirements of our health measures as listed.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 5 years are not allowed to take a ride while children above five years are required to bring one parent or guardian along with them. Adult prices will be applied for the children above
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS
Normal fees of the hot air balloon ride are essential, while some additional payments are added to side services like pick and drop from the starting area, also adding snacks and beverages during the flight. If you have only chosen the breakfast (that comes with package) then no additional payment will be charged.
DRUGS AND ALCOHOL
Keeping cigarettes, alcohol and drugs in tour vehicle or during the hot air balloon ride may got you in serious trouble as the laws of UNITED ARAB EMIRATES prohibit alcohol in tourist’s vehicle. If a guest was found keeping alcohol, then he/she would be given an order to return it with no refund and expenses.
OUTFIT
Choose comfortable clothes and try to layer them up with sweaters and jackets as the weather is unpredictable in the desert of Dubai. Don’t wear any uncomfortable footwear like heels or something.
PASSENGERS
The number of passengers on the basket to have ride together, depends upon different factors like weather changes, temperature, air and weight of the tourists. Regularly 8 to 24 people are allowed to catch up together in a hot air balloon basket.
